All orders are delivered in 6 to 9 days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow it.

No confirmation email yet?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's been more than 3 days since you ordered and you still haven't heard from us, email contact@officialsora.com and we'll look into it.

Tracking hasn't updated?

It's normal for tracking to show no movement for a day or two right after a package is picked up. The first scan can lag behind the actual shipping date. If your tracking number hasn't updated in 3 days, email us and we'll check the status with the carrier directly.
